General

The nearest airport is Zurich Airport which is about 90 minutes from the hotel. We can arrange a shuttle service on request. Alternatively, hire cars and taxis are easily available at the airport.

Yes, access to the WLAN is available to all guests throughout the hotel at no charge and without a password.

Please contact our Reception and we will do our best to find what you have lost.

The bus station (Industriering, Ruggell) is directly in front of the hotel.

Yes, we have installed 10 charging stations in our garage. 

Please let us know about your dietary requirements a few days before your arrival. We can then make provision for your requirements.

Yes, you can leave bikes in the bike room. The bike room can only be accessed by hotel guests and unlocked by the key card for your room.

No, only the suites have a minibar-fridge?

Air conditioners are not permitted in public buildings in Liechtenstein. Our rooms have ceiling cooling which ensures that the rooms are maintained at a pleasant temperature. In the summer months we can also provide a fan on request.

The suites with a separate living and sleeping area have a settee in the living area that can be converted into a bed (settee bed). Ideal for families of up to 4 persons.

We can provide you with a cot for your child (up to 4 years of age). Please let us know at least one day before your arrival if you require a cot.

The national currency in Liechtenstein is Swiss francs. Cash payments can only be made in Swiss francs.

Arrival and departure

The Reception is occupied from Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm

From 12.00 noon onwards you can check in using your own phone/lap-top or at the console in the hotel lobby. Your room will be ready not later than 2.00 pm. You can find details of the check-in procedure at “Self check-in”.

Your room is at your disposal until 11.00 am on the day of your departure. When checking-out, just place your room card in the check-out box at one of the exits. If you have parked your car in the garage you do not need the card to leave the car park. The barrier opens automatically. Please drive up close to the barrier.

When checking in at the Reception you must present a passport or an official identity card with a photo and a valid credit card. Payment is made when you check in.

When using the self check-in console, you need your reservation number, passport or identity card, credit or debit card.

Facilities, services, opening hours

Yes, we have two restaurants – the Restaurant kommod for breakfast, mid-morning snacks and lunch, and the tenn à la carte restaurant. We also have a hotel bar with a large selection of drinks and coffee. There is also a vending machine in the lobby selling snacks and drinks.

Yes, we offer free parking for hotel guests both in the covered garage and on our outdoor parking places immediately in front of the hotel.

Events

Yes, our hotel offers elegant venues for private events of all sizes, from intimate celebrations to large parties. Our experienced event team will be happy to assist you with the planning and execution of your perfect event.

Our hotel offers a wide range of catering options, from traditional menus to special flying dinners. Our chef adjusts menus to suit your specific tastes and dietary requirements.

We recommend that you book as early as possible, particularly if you are planning a date during the high season. Our most popular rooms can all be booked up very quickly.

Reservation and booking

You can book your stay using our secure on-line booking system on our web-site. Alternatively you can contact our Reception on Mondays to Fridays from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm on +423 377 37 77 if you require personal support.

We accept all popular credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay by bank to bank transfer.

Important: You can only pay at the self check-in consoles by credit or debit card (3D Secure).

3D Secure authentication means the approval of on-line card payments using an app. This security standard applies to credit and debit cards.

Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation by contacting our Reception team. Or you can change or cancel your reservation in the on-line portal you used to make the reservation. Please note that changes or cancellations can potentially incur a fee as specified in our cancellation guideline.

Self-Check-In

Yes, we offer our guests the convenience of self check-in.

Yes, our self check-in console is multi-lingual and displays instructions in German and English.

When you arrive you will see the self check-in console in the lobby. Just enter your reservation number and name and follow the instructions displayed on the screen. You can encode your own room key-card at the end of the procedure. More details here.

Yes, our hotel has modern meeting and seminar facilities. We have a variety of rooms of different sizes which are perfect for conferences, workshops and seminars.

Definitely! Our experienced event team will assist you from the planning through to the implementation of your event in order to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The exact number they can accommodate depends on the seating plan. Room capacities range from 10 to 120 participants. We would be happy to advise you about the best solution for your event.

All our meeting rooms are equipped with the very latest technology. This includes high speed WLAN, projectors, screens, flip charts, ClickShare and audio-visual systems. We would be happy to provide additional equipment on request.

Yes, dogs, but not other pets, are welcome at our hotel. We charge CHF 15.00 per dog per night. When booking your room please let us know that you will be bringing your dog .
